4J Garage 12-Month Warranty
Warranty Coverage
4J Garage warrants that all new automotive performance parts sold by us are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase by the buyer.
During the warranty period, 4J Garage will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or component for an identical product at no charge, excluding any labour, installation, or shipping costs. For any reason, should the part be discontinued or no longer available, 4J Garage, in its discretion, will replace the part with a similar part of comparable grade and value.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in:
- Materials (e.g. faulty metal, components, seals, plastic, rubber, bearings, and electronic components etc,)
- Workmanship (e.g. improper assembly by the manufacturer or defects)
This warranty applies only to parts purchased directly from 4J Garage.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
- Damage caused by racing, competition, or off-road use.
- Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by anyone.
- Damage due to accidents, collisions, fire, theft, or environmental conditions (e.g. corrosion, flooding etc.).
- Labour costs for removal, installation, or diagnosis.
- superficial changes in the parts appearance over time that do not affect the performance or integrity of the part.
- Incidental or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, towing, downtime, or loss of income).
Limitations and Disclaimers
The following limitations apply to this Warranty:
- The liability of 4J Garage is limited strictly to repair, replacement, or credit of the defective product.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- No other warranties, expressed or implied (including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability), are provided.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, the customer must:
- Contact 4J Garage within the warranty period at 4jgarage.shop@gmail.com.
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice or sales receipt).
- Provide details and photos showing the defect or issue.
- Return the defective part (if requested) freight prepaid to 4J Garage.
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, 4J Garage will issue a replacement part or credit at our discretion.
