Duties and Import Taxes

Your package may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, and value-added taxes (VAT) levied by your destination country's government if it exceeds the tax-free threshold.
    • Other Countries (Non-US): Many regions apply lower tax-free limits (such as NZD$1000 for New Zealand, $20 CAD in Canada). If your order exceeds your local country’s threshold, you will be responsible for paying taxes to your local postal authority or customs agent prior to delivery.
    • Customer Responsibility: All additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not control these government-imposed fees.
    • Delivery Delays: Customs processing may add unexpected delays to your estimated delivery time.
    • Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, you will still be responsible for the original shipping charges, any return transit costs, and any duties incurred on the package.
